Floating on your board is one of the greatest feelings in SUP Yoga. You become weightless and feel all your problems slip away!

If your not balanced, breathing and relaxed the board will let you know.
4. Cultivate your Prana.
Fresh air, negative ions off the water and deep breathing increase your life force.
5. Get inverted.
Going upside down reverses aging. Trying inverted poses is fun, easy, and if you fall it's just water!
